3 Tips to Stay on Track

  1. Set a “Blessing Alarm for 30-day blessing”: Set a random alarm on your phone for 2:00 PM. When it goes off, find the blessing for that day immediately.
  2. The “Blessing Buddy”: Do this challenge with a friend or partner. Text each other your “blessing of the day” to double the positive impact.
  3. No Judgement: If you miss a day, don’t quit! Just pick up where you left off. The goal is progress, not perfection.

The Science of the Reset

When we focus on 30-day blessings, we stimulate the hypothalamus, which regulates stress. We also flood our system with dopamine and serotonin. Over 30 days, this practice moves from an “effort” to a “habit,” making happiness your default setting rather than a fleeting emotion.

“The more you recognize the 30-day blessings in your life, the more blessings you will find to recognize.”
